Malaysia's Office

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of management accounts;
  • Prepare management reports for submission to management alongside Finance Manager and Financial Controller;
    a) Perform month end closing of accounts and meet reporting deadlines
    b) Participate in preparation of quarterly budgets, forecasts, monthly estimates and accounting reports
    c) Actual performance figures comparison against budget and forecast
  • Statutory compliance and documentation;
    a) Income/ Indirect taxes filed on time
    b) Statutory financial statements filed on time
    c) Documentation submitted as per internal and legal requirements
    d) Safekeep documents following company's internal 5S procedure
  • Processing and submission of monthly GST;
  • Prepare year-end statutory audit and compliances;
  • Cash flow management;
    a) Ensure payment made on time
    b) Prepare weekly submissions for Treasury Department to follow up; cash flow report and FOREX exposure report
    c) Support Treasury Department in managing bank balances and borrowing to optimise interest income and expense levels
  • Any related finance reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, professional qualification or equivalent;
  • Able to communicate with different level of personnel;
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with latest accounting standards and reporting requirements;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
  • Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and develop new customer for foundation solution material;
  • Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales targets;
  • Preparation of tender document, quotation and follow up after sales services as well as ensure timely collection;
  • Sales management including sales report and project report and execution of sales orders;
  • Perform market/competitor analysis and monitor market trend and requirements;
  • Prepare marketing and sales strategy plans as part of the Company overall market development plan.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
  • Geotechnical specilisation will be highly encouraged;
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experiences in Sales especially steel industry will be added advantage;
  • Self-motivated individual that possess good interpersonal skill, customer oriented with good presentation skill and a team player;
  • Demonstrate good communication and able to speak in English;

Senior Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Structural design and analysis;
  • Foundation and pile / Blast resistant / Civil infrastructure design;
  • Preparation of design calculations and technical drawings for civil and geotechnical engineering projects;
  • Provide cost effective construction method with innovative steel foundation solutions;
  • Provide technical support to commercial team not limited to Malaysia but extended regionally to improve the business competitiveness and to secure sales;
  • Analyse latest construction requirements and evolution in construction technology;
  • Presentation to internal/external customer on design proposal.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, 2nd upper class in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
  • At least 5 year(s) or more than 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Experience in structural steel design and relevant exposure in foundation and consultancy engineering;
  • Well verse with BS EN design codes;
  • Good knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering Design/Construction only;
  • Proficient in contract documents and all technical drawings and able to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of the designs;
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, customer oriented with good presentation skill and team player;
  • Passionate to be an engineer and show strong technical attributes e.g. attention to details, highly organized and good math/analytical skills;
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular credentials are also encouraged to apply.

Singapore's Office

Sales Engineer
