Sheet piling wall can be optimized significantly with effective anchorage tie back system thus reducing project cost. Tie rod has been found effectively load transfer for anchoring sheet piling works for various types of connections and retaining wall layout. Parallel to our business philosophy, we provide complete tie back system for full force transfer to all components and connections. Thus ensuring the following Quality is critical:
- Quality Tie Rod scheme
- Quality Product
- Quality Execution
To meet various tie back requirement in heavy wharf structures, jetty, double skin wall and excavation, we are able to provide the following types of tie rod:
- Upset end forged bar
- Continuous thread bar
Made by advance hot rolled threading onto surface of bar and extensive R&D and certification to ensure full load transfer at any point of bar length; this type of bar has proven to be effective in permanent and as well as temporary work. We can offer continuous threaded bar at optimized length as the bar can be connected at any point of main bar shaft body, as well as cut and joint for adjustment at site. Steel grade up to 550 MPa can be supplied.
While round steel bar was proven to be effective anchoring member, it also has its weakness at the critical load transfer area at threaded area. To be more effective tie rod material, both ends of tie rod are upset with controlled forging process. This means no reduction due to losses of steel area at threading. This implies weight saving and ease of handling & lower tie rod cost. We are able to supply standard forged bar range from 40mm to 120mm diameter and steel grade from 355 MPa to 550 MPa. Higher diameter, steel grade and special connections to meet every jobsites needs are available upon request.

Z Section Continuous form of the web and location of the interlock symmetrically on each side of the neutral axis provides positive influence on the section modulus on the Z section. |
U Section Symmetrical form of the single element made U section convenient for re-use or even applied as permanent solution. |
OΩ Section Innovative section allowing installation of sheet pile that is adjacent to existing structure and flexibility of changing profile widths with the wide range of omega sections. |

Foundation Pipes Effective weight foundation solutions to take vertical bearing capacity and when combined with steel sheet piles, pipe pile functions as primary element to take lateral force from soil and water. |
Tie Back System (Tie Rods) Effective load transfer for anchoring sheet piling works for various types of connections and retaining wall layout, providing significant optimization and cost reduction of a project. |
Strutting System Deep excavations, underground construction with complex layouts and difficult working environment are made possible using steel sheet piles and strutting system |
