Duyen Hai Coal-Fired Power Plant – Vietnam

The OT 22 Series sheet pile was selected to provide temporary support during excavation at the Duyen Hai Coal-Fired Power Plant.

Excavation projects demand meticulous planning, engineering precision, and strict safety protocols to mitigate risks such as ground instability, groundwater intrusion, and structural protection.

Cirebon Coal-Fired Power Plant II – Indonesia

Steel sheet piles are a reliable solution for temporary structures in construction projects, offering strength, versatility, and efficiency.

A key example is the Cirebon Coal-Fired Power Plant II in Indonesia, which utilized 11.8-meter PU Type 22 sheet piles, reinforced with steel strutting to maintain stability and structural integrity.

Known for their ability to retain soil and water, flexible configurations, watertight properties, and quick installation and removal, steel sheet piles provide a cost-effective alternative to permanent structures.

Jesselton Residence – Malaysia

For the Jesselton Project, double wall sheet piles were successfully implemented, demonstrating their unmatched performance in ensuring structural integrity and water retention.

This project utilized AZ hot-rolled and OZ cold-formed sheet piles, reinforcing the reliability of this solution in demanding construction environments.

Double wall sheet piles provide an efficient and effective method for achieving superior watertightness, making them ideal for waterfront developments, harbor constructions, and underground structures.

Tuno Punggol Lake Toba – Indonesia

The Tano Ponggol Canal Widening Project in North Sumatra, Indonesia, aimed to enhance waterway capacity and boost tourism by widening the canal to 80 meters over 1.2 kilometers.

To support the excavation and ensure structural stability in soft soil conditions, OZ36 cold-formed steel sheet piles were used. Due to logistical constraints, the 18-meter piles were delivered in two 9-meter segments and installed using vibratory and diesel hammers.

This project improves navigation for larger vessels and supports regional development.
